JEVS Care at Home in Philadelphia, PA is seeking an Audit and Compliance Monitor to oversee licensure, regulatory deadlines, and internal policies. This in-office role partners with the Leadership Team to coordinate incident reporting, investigations, audits, and QAPI initiatives.

The position reports to the Director of Health and Education and requires a Bachelor's degree or 3–5 years of related experience, plus strong MS Office skills and project-management ability.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or 3–5 years of related experience.
• Healthcare/homecare or healthcare industry experience preferred.
• Experience with compliance and quality assurance.
• Project management experience required.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills and written communication.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee incident report process with timely submissions per state and funder requirements.
• Create detailed reports for BPI and MA Provider Compliance following investigations.
• Track client-related items and compile reports on post-hospitalization and care gaps.
• Stay current with state regulations and JCAH policies.
• Maintain QAPI annual processes and ensure meeting agendas and reports.
• Audit departments for quality, compliance, efficiency, and effectiveness.
• Review records related to investigations, fraud, complaints, and noncompliance.
• Lead or assist with agency projects and initiatives.
• Provide data and reports to Leadership on compliance standards.
• Edit and create agency forms related to compliance in DocuSign.
