Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience with compliance program management.
• Certification in healthcare compliance preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish/English a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and assist in the execution of the Compliance Program priorities and strategies.
• Mentor and coach the Compliance Consultants with guidance and direction for departmental systems and processes.
• Build analytics and reporting structure to allow ongoing measurement and monitoring.
• Interact with all levels of staff and management, handling multiple initiatives and deadlines.
