The role oversees monitoring, investigations, policies, training, and corrective actions, working closely with physicians, leaders, and the General Counsel.

Formación

• Experience in healthcare compliance, healthcare law, or related role with substantive compliance responsibilities.
• Experience developing or administering compliance monitoring, investigations, policies, training, or corrective action processes.
• Strong drafting, reporting, and organizational skills, including maintaining accurate records.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement, and maintain a risk-based compliance monitoring plan with Legal and Compliance leadership and operational teams.
• Identify and assess compliance risks including billing, coding, privacy, and physician relationships.
• Plan targeted reviews, monitoring, and audits with subject matter experts; track findings and remediate.
• Prepare clear written assessments and escalate matters requiring legal judgment.
• Develop, review, and maintain policies, procedures, and training; monitor regulatory developments.
