Job summary

P3 Partners is seeking a Compliance Director to oversee regulatory compliance, risk management, and organizational policies across its growing network of oral and maxillofacial practices. You will work with executive leadership to identify risks, implement improvements, and support operational excellence.

Responsibilities include audits, policy development, training, and ensuring HIPAA/OSHA compliance across multiple locations, with travel as needed to support initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years in healthcare compliance or regulatory/risk management.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HIPAA, OSHA, and healthcare regulations.
• Experience conducting audits, risk assessments, and policy development.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel between practice locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain organizational compliance programs, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure regulatory compliance across practice locations (HIPAA, OSHA, etc.).
• Conduct routine compliance audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
• Identify deficiencies and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor regulatory changes and update policies.
• Oversee safety standards and patient privacy requirements.
• Coordinate employee compliance training and education programs.
• Investigate concerns and ensure proper documentation and resolution.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership to maintain standards.
• Maintain compliance records and regulatory documentation.
• Assist with regulatory inspections and external audits.
• Provide guidance to executive leadership.
• Travel to practice locations as needed.
