Job summary

Oncura Health is seeking a Director of Compliance to lead its growing oncology and hematology practice across Southern California. The role drives the compliance program, policies, and risk management for 20+ clinic locations, partnering with executives, physicians, and operations to uphold integrity and regulatory adherence.

The ideal candidate has extensive healthcare compliance experience, strong leadership, and the ability to translate complex regulations into practical guidance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, or related field.
• Master's degree or advanced education preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in healthcare compliance and risk management.
• Leadership experience overseeing multi-site compliance programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the organization's compliance program, policies, and procedures.
• Monitor HIPAA, fraud and abuse, and Medicare/Medi-Cal regulations across locations.
• Oversee audits, investigations, and corrective actions with timely remediation.
• Develop and deliver training for physicians, staff, and management; partner with HR and Finance.
