Job summary

Triple-S Management Corp. in San Juan, Puerto Rico, is seeking an Auditor to support compliance monitoring and corrective actions identified by internal and external oversight. You will plan audits, track open issues, and produce reports aligned with CMS and Medicare guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree with one to three years of auditing experience in healthcare is preferable.
• Knowledgeable in Data Validation audits and CMS audits & reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Plan and develop the audit approach for assigned projects in line with CMS/PSG/MA policies.
• Track open audit and monitoring issues and follow up on remediation efforts.
• Provide compliance performance feedback to internal business units.
• Prepare high quality audit and monitoring reports for management in compliance with CMS guidelines.
• Monitor and utilize compliance dashboards and scorecards company-wide.
