Vitra Health in Boston is seeking a Compliance Analyst who will support the day-to-day operations of the Compliance Department, helping maintain regulatory standards, assist with audits, and coordinate training. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to handle sensitive information with discretion; familiarity with HIPAA, CMS, NCQA, and OIG is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or related field.
• Certifications in CHC, CPC, or CCS preferred; willingness to obtain.
• Minimum of two years of healthcare compliance experience.
• Experience with HIPAA, CMS, NCQA, and OIG guidance preferred.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; data analysis proficiency.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Support the Compliance Officer and Clinical Compliance Manager in implementing and maintaining the organization’s compliance program and workplan.
• Monitor regulatory changes and update policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Maintain compliance documentation, tracking tools, and audit logs.
• Assist internal and external audits, reviews, and regulatory inquiries.
• Prepare external compliance reports to regulators, payers, and accreditation bodies.
• Lead or coordinate compliance-related projects, including system enhancements and process improvements.
• Provide guidance based on review findings to support consistent interpretation of requirements.
• Help prepare for audits and respond to surveyor requests.
