Job summary

Bayview Healthcare is seeking an External Marketer to join the Admissions team. The role focuses on executing the pre-admission referral process and census development by building and sustaining relationships with families, hospital case managers, physicians, and other stakeholders.

The position requires healthcare marketing experience and a strong ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, with a goal of expanding market share.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years marketing experience, preferably in the healthcare industry.
• Thorough knowledge of communication, mass media, advertising, policies, education, community relations and related operations.
• Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing.
• Ability to assimilate information from multiple sources, analyze it and make recommendations to the Administrator.
• Ability to establish, implement, and maintain an effective marketing and public relations program.

• Execute the pre-admission referral process and Census Development.
• Establish and maintain community relationships with potential customers, families, hospital case managers, physicians and other key stakeholders.
• Help ensure achievement of strategic goals and market share growth.
