Inizio Engage is seeking full-time healthcare communicators to work from home across the United States, answering inbound calls for a leading biotechnology client. You will maintain quality standards, follow scripts, and help callers understand medical terminology with empathy.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal, written and listening communication skills.

• Able to join frequent meetings and calls without disruption.
• Pleasant telephone manner.
• Contact Center or Healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain excellent quality standards for all client programs; adhere to scripts and guidelines.
• Accurately collect information required by programs and input into databases.
• Demonstrate effective communication and tele-management skills.
• Speak empathetically with callers and help them understand medical terminology as needed.
• Stay organized while handling multiple projects and adhere to SOPs.
• Be flexible within the department and perform administrative duties as needed.
• Safeguard patient privacy following HIPAA guidelines.

What will you be doing?

• Maintain excellent quality standards for all client programs; adhere to program scripts and guidelines.
• Accurately collect information required by individual programs and correctly capture in specific program databases.
• Exhibit effective communication and tele-management skills.
• Converse with callers in an empathetic manner and facilitate the callers in their ability to understand medical terminology, as needed.
• Possess effective organizational skills, including working with multiple projects simultaneously.
• Adhere to all company policies and Standard Operating Procedures.
• Display flexibility within department to maximize utilization, including performing administrative and non-telecommunication duties as needed.
• Must safeguard patient privacy and confidentiality by following the guidelines set forth in the Privacy and Security Rules of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).

What do you need for this position?

• Customer service or equivalent work related experience is preferred

The base pay range for this position is $13.48/hr – $25.03/hr. The final compensation offered to a successful candidate will be determined by factors such as experience, skills, internal equity, and business needs.
