• 2+ years of healthcare supply chain, procurement, or account management experience.
• Experience with complex healthcare organizations or hospital systems preferred.
• Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas) and PowerPoint.
• Ability to travel for client meetings and onsite collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of healthcare supply chain improvement plans.
• Partner with Spend Executives and internal teams to drive contract adoption and maximize GPO value.
• Identify savings opportunities through contract optimization, pricing analysis, and procurement improvements.
• Analyze spend data and monitor contract performance to uncover opportunities and improve utilization.
• Collaborate with Category Managers, Product Advisors, and Analysts to implement supply chain solutions.
• Provide training and support to healthcare stakeholders on tools, reporting, and spend management strategies.
• Participate in client meetings and business reviews to communicate progress, opportunities, and recommendations.
