Job summary

You will own inquiries from initial contact through resolution, researching across multiple systems and communicating next steps with clarity.

Hybrid work is possible after 120 days, with potential for full remote after 6 months.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in client services.
• 1+ years claims processing and provider relations experience.
• Worker's Compensation experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and written inquiries with a warm, professional voice.
• Coordinate inquiries across departments and provide timely updates.
• Own inquiries from start to resolution and determine next steps.
• Investigate billing, claim, and payment-status questions across multiple systems.
• Identify gaps and root causes to prevent repeat contacts.
