The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing inventory, purchasing, vendors, and supply costs in a skilled nursing environment. Full-time role with benefits and salary $60,000-$70,000 per year DOE.

Qualifications

• Experience in central supply and inventory management in healthcare.
• CNA certification preferred but not required.
• Experience in skilled nursing facility, hospital, or rehab setting is a plus.
• Familiarity with medical supplies and healthcare purchasing.
• Proficient with basic computer and inventory/order systems.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Order, receive, organize, and stock central supply items.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and labeling.
• Monitor PAR levels to prevent shortages and overstock.
• Track usage and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Communicate supply needs to nursing and leadership.
• Manage vendor relationships and purchasing processes.
• Process purchase orders and verify deliveries.
• Ensure storage and handling meet policies and regulations.
• Assist with audits and maintain related documentation.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure timely supply availability.
