Job summary

Brooks Rehabilitation is seeking a Central Supply Technician II to manage medical and rehabilitation supplies and equipment across nursing units and designated areas. You will ensure proper storage, FIFO rotation, and timely cleaning, inspection, and returns of rental equipment.

The role requires attention to detail, inventory management skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. A driver’s license is required, and an associate degree is preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated attention to detail and understanding of PAR levels and inventory management.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Pulls, prepares, and delivers supplies, equipment, and other requested items to designated areas.
• Maintains proper storage of general stores supplies and rotates inventory using FIFO.
• Ensures equipment is cleaned, sanitized, inspected, and operational within 24 hours of receipt.
• Maintains accurate records and logs for rental equipment.
• Performs receiving for stock and non-stock supplies; conducts periodic physical inventories.
• Replenishes PAR levels at nursing units and other stock locations; participates in replenishment cycles.
