Specialty Care Rx is seeking a Cash Posting Clerk to support the Reimbursement Supervisor in collections, billing, and cash application. The role requires accurate posting of all cash payments, research of check-to-EFT conversions, and daily cash logging for multiple business lines.

The position emphasizes attention to detail, independent work, and strong communication with insurers and internal teams. Some overtime may be required as department demands arise.

Qualificações

• Two years’ experience as a cash poster in Healthcare or Pharmacy.
• Strong knowledge of day-to-day cash posting functions.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Post cash payments accurately for all businesses.
• Research and convert live checks to EFT when possible.
• Prepare daily cash logs for mail and EFT payments.
• Obtain missing EOBs from payer websites or by calling.
• Submit billing data and medical claims to insurers.
• Review patient bills for accuracy and request missing info.
• Maintain and update billing software and cash spreadsheets.
• Communicate billing issues with relevant departments.
• Assist with payment portals and ERA/EFT options.
