Guidehouse in San Antonio is seeking a Cash Applications / Poster Specialist to support the Management Services Organization. Under supervision, you will post deposits, payments, denials and adjustments, reconcile batches, and prepare payment batches for posting.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED or 3+ years of relevant experience in lieu of education.
• 1–3+ years' experience in cash posting applications in a healthcare environment.
• Knowledge of CPT and ICD-9/10 coding.

Responsabilidades

• Post deposits, payments, denials, and adjustments.
• Research payments and reconcile batches.
• Balance and close payment batches; maintain batch logs.
• Handle mail opening and record maintenance in lockbox workflows.
