Qualifications

• Comprehensive knowledge of Anatomy & Physiology, Medical Terminology, Math Fundamentals, Computer Applications, and Study Skills.
• Ability to plan engaging learning experiences, administer effective assessments, and provide targeted student remediation.
• Exemplary professionalism, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office and Google Workspace.

Responsabilités

• Instruct students in foundational healthcare courses, including math and anatomy/physiology.
• Design and deliver lesson plans using diverse teaching techniques for adult learners.
• Plan instruction to meet course objectives per curriculum guidelines.
• Evaluate and grade class work within 72 hours of submission.
• Maintain regular office hours to advise, tutor, and mentor students.
• Address issues early with students and inform relevant leads when support is needed.
• Complete required documentation and records for compliance and progression.
• Review syllabi and assignments, propose updates through established processes.
• Coordinate guest speakers, field trips, and safety protocols; participate in meetings and ceremonies.
