Responsibilities

• Properly prepares /cooks /re-thermalizes cold & hot foods to a high level of quality and ensure safe food.
• Follows recipes and instructions for proper use of equipment to ensure the best quality food as scheduled.
• Efficiently uses and stocks supplies, applies proper portion controls, and manages leftovers.
• Presents /merchandises all foods attractively and serves on tray lines.
• Assists with inventory, ordering, receiving and proper storage of foods.
• Greets customers and handles cash register transactions accurately and politely.
• Maintains the cafeteria area, cleanliness, and sanitation per standards.
• Demonstrates adherence to NMHS Mission, values, and Service Excellence standards.
