Job summary

Calvary Healing Center in Phoenix, AZ is hiring a Business Development Representative to expand the assigned territory and key accounts. You will engage referral sources and drive growth to meet profitability targets in line with UHS standards.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, three years in referral development or sales, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel as needed. Training and benefits accompany a full-time position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business or related field preferred; experience may be evaluated in lieu of degree.
• Three years minimum documented experience in referral development, account management, sales growth and physician relationships.
• Willingness to travel, including overnight travel as required.
• Completion of BLS & FA Certification within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Establish, develop and grow the assigned territory and specific accounts.
• Drive results for the region by engaging new and existing referral sources and achieving profitability in line with standards.
