Could This Be For You?

This role involves achieving sales objectives by cultivating new and existing referral sources, including physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and allied health professionals involved in prosthetic and orthotic care. The primary responsibility is to manage and meet sales and margin targets for the territory by maintaining current business and developing new opportunities.

Territory: Jacksonville, Gainesville, St. Augustine, Florida, and surrounding clinics.

Your Impact
  • Achieve clinic and territory revenue goals.
  • Build collaborative relationships with the Hanger Clinic team.
  • Develop strategies to maximize revenue from existing referral sources and generate new sales.
  • Work within hospital, skilled nursing, and rehab settings; complete all vendor credentialing.
  • Create sales and growth plans for each clinic in the territory.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with referral sources, providing excellent service and support.
  • Develop and implement plans for under-penetrated referral sources.
  • Monitor territory performance through reports and regular reviews.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews with local management.
  • Achieve new referral source sales targets through calls, in-services, and developing a pipeline of prospects.
  • Support onboarding and training of new Business Development Associates and Managers.
Minimum Qualifications
  • BA/BS in Healthcare Administration, Marketing, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 2 years of professional sales experience in healthcare or 1 year as a BDA.
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Pay range: $64,000 - $96,000 plus commissions, bonuses, and benefits. Compensation varies based on skills, location, and other factors. #LI-Remote
