Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare or ABA setting is essential.
• Strong knowledge of claim submission processes.
• Ability to reconcile billing records accurately.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit accurate insurance claims for services rendered.
• Confirm BCBA credentialing on all authorizations prior to claim submission.
• Review claim denials and resubmit with appropriate corrections and documentation.
• Reconcile billing records daily and maintain accurate claim status tracking.
• Communicate with payers to resolve outstanding claim issues.

Skills

Experience submitting insurance claims in a healthcare or ABA setting

Knowledge of payer‑specific billing requirements and CPT codes

Experience working denials and resubmissions with measurable recovery rates

Proficiency in billing platforms such as Tebra, Rethink, or CentralReach

Strong attention to detail and accuracy under deadline pressure
