Tri-City Cardiology Consultants PC in East Mesa, AZ is seeking a Billing Manager to oversee daily revenue cycle operations across Tri-City Cardiology and Tri-City Surgical Center. You will supervise Billing, Eligibility, and Authorization teams and ensure timely filing, denials management, and KPI achievement under the Director of Revenue Cycle Management.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor's degree in business, at least five years of healthcare RCM experience, and strong leadership,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required.
• Minimum five years of healthcare revenue cycle experience.
• Experience supervising billing/eligibility/authorization teams.
• Proficiency in ICD/CPT coding and Excel/Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily revenue cycle operations including charge entry, billing, and AR.
• Ensure policy compliance, training, and KPI achievement under Director.
• Monitor productivity, denials, and turnaround times for two organizations.
• Serve as escalation point for supervisors and staff.
• Maintain staffing coverage and backlog management.
