Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Billing accuracy: review accounts after payment and apply adjustments before billing.
• Review credit balances, reverse adjustments when appropriate, and bill within 5 days of remit.
• Document patient balance details in Centricity and follow up on unpaid accounts per guidelines.
