Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years experience with patient accounts, patient access, billing/collections, or related.
• 1 year experience in a healthcare setting.

Responsabilités

• Billing accuracy: apply adjustments and bill patient within 5 days of remit.
• Document balances and expectations in Centricity notes.
• Follow up on unpaid accounts and contribute to cash collections.
