Planned Parenthood of the Great Northwest & the Hawaiian Islands, Indiana, & Kentucky is seeking a Coding Specialist/Biller to ensure accurate medical coding and billing and to support revenue cycle improvement across health centers.

You will perform prospective and retrospective coding reviews, manage provider coding queries, and ensure timely filing while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with payer requirements.

Formación

• Associate degree preferred in finance, accounting, or related field.
• CPC certification is required.
• Minimum of two years in medical billing operations.
• Experience with front-end revenue cycle and payer requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure coding and billing comply with applicable rules and regulations.
• Manage provider coding queries and documentation.
• Review rejections and denials to resolve claims.
• Bill third-party payers to maximize reimbursement.
• Monitor help desk tickets and respond to inquiries.
• Follow up on all incorrect, denied, and unpaid claims.
