Job summary

UCLA Outpatient Clinics seeks a Business Solutions Architect to design and deliver BI and analytics solutions for managed care decisions across UCLA Health’s Faculty Practice Group.

You will partner with clinical, operational, and business stakeholders to develop dashboards, reports, and data solutions using Epic Clarity, Caboodle, Tableau, Power BI and SQL-based reporting. Proficiency in Python and ML-enabled insights is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering dashboards and analytics in healthcare or managed care settings.
• Proficiency with Epic Clarity, Caboodle, Tableau and Power BI in large data environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain complex dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, Epic Clarity and Caboodle.
• Leverage Python for data transformation, automation and advanced analytics workflows.
• Integrate LLM-based capabilities for summarization, classification and insights.
• Analyze claims, authorizations, and provider data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate needs into scalable analytics solutions.
• Ensure accuracy, reliability and performance of reporting outputs through validation and QA.
