Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Provider Customer Service Representative to assist members, employers, and providers with benefits and claims. You will educate customers, resolve inquiries, and deliver high customer satisfaction while maintaining confidentiality and adherence to policies.

The role offers an $18.50/hour pay with a 40-hour schedule, training, and a supportive onboarding experience designed to foster growth and reliability. Telework may be possible, with hours typically 7am–7pm local time.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of customer service experience.
• Basic computer skills.
• Willingness to work specific hours with flexibility.
• High‑speed internet access and potential telework agreements.

Responsibilities

• Actively listen and advocate for customers, understand their needs and provide guidance.
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently while documenting interactions.
• Educate customers about available resources and options.
• Anticipate customer needs and provide proactive solutions to enhance satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to address service issues.
• Document all customer correspondence and maintain confidential records.
• Follow CVS/Aetna policies and Code of Conduct.
