Job Responsibilities:

BRM\Benefit Analyst - Health Care Knowledge (Claims processing) with PBM understanding - Benefits Understanding of the Client Business requirement and Client Adjudication system Client Facing communication skills Create Functional specification document based on the Client Business requirement Review XMLs and work on mapping documents between Source and target system Guiding the Configuration team and Testing team for Requirements clarification Support the Defect Management process Requirement management via SFDC tool. Requirements Analysis, plan build in Rxclaims, coordinating with coding and other support teams, offshore team coordination, defect triage, status reporting and risks/issue reporting.

Knowledge Management & Capability Development:

- Provide inputs to teams for training etc.

- Identify the training needs and conduct internal sessions to meet the same

- Partner with Cognizant academy to Create curriculum, assessments, training programs, courseware based on new service offerings / solutions etc.

- Update collateral on to the knowledge management repository

- Gain and cultivate domain expertise to provide best and optimized solution to customer

Prioritize, manage multiple assignments, and direct the work of others to meet deadlines.
