MedImpact Healthcare Systems, Inc. is seeking an Advanta Advocate to work with enrolled employees on health insurance plans.

You will coordinate with internal teams and external providers to obtain the best care at the best price, delivering exceptional service and timely information to members. Role emphasizes communication, problem solving, and educating customers about plan benefits, prior authorization, and cost-saving options.

Qualifications

• GED/HS Diploma and 2+ years’ experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Office/Word, Excel, and Outlook; Windows-based database experience.

Responsibilities

• Advocates coordinate and communicate Pre and Post Service cases between departments.
• Respond to member inquiries; provide information and assist with issues.
• Educate members about plan benefits, prior authorizations, and cost-saving options.
