Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in Behavioral Science, Health Psychology, Public Health, or related field.
• Experience in digital health preferred.
• Strong statistical and analytical skills.
• Excellent facilitation and presentation skills.
• Experience leading cross‑functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead behavioral science support from discovery through evaluation for assigned initiatives; ensure success criteria are met.
• Develop work plans and roadmaps with cross-functional team members.
• Manage day-to-day activities to achieve KPIs and OKRs of the team.
• Identify dependencies and risks; provide guidance with oversight.
• Engage key stakeholders across deliverables as required.
• Conduct literature reviews and triangulate findings with data to identify barriers and opportunities.
• Conduct advanced analyses to test models and translate findings for non-scientific audiences.
• Develop theories of change and translate into logic models linking activities to outcomes.
• Identify risks that may affect intervention quality or impact.
• Collaborate to develop behaviorally informed interventions and messaging.
• Develop and govern internal behavioral science frameworks for scale.
