Amazing Care Home Health Services is seeking a dynamic Business Development Specialist to expand brand awareness and build relationships with referral sources across Austin/Temple/Waco. You will spotlight our in-home nursing and therapies, driving partnerships with hospitals, physicians, rehab centers, and community partners.

Qualifications

• Experience in home health or healthcare preferred.
• Experience building referral networks with hospitals and physicians.
• Ability to analyze data to inform marketing and outreach decisions.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Willingness to work across Austin/Temple/Waco metro areas.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, and rehab partners.
• Educate referral sources on home health services including pediatric care.
• Coordinate with clinical team on staffing and referral appropriateness.
• Represent Amazing Care with professionalism and warmth.

• Attend community events to increase brand awareness.
