You will oversee and train analysts, collaborate across teams, and ensure alignment with investment banking objectives and internal controls. Strong modeling and data skills are essential.

Competenze

• Master’s degree with 1 year of related experience or Bachelor’s with 3 years.
• Experience analyzing company data, including live transactions and public filings.
• Proficient in market data analyses and financial modeling techniques.

Mansioni

• Conduct detailed financial analyses on companies to assess investment opportunities.
• Develop and review financial models including M&A, DCF, or LBO.
• Produce market landscape decks, client pitches, M&A pitches & IPO pitches.
• Oversee and mentor analysts, ensuring training and task completion.
• Support healthcare bankers with target screening and benchmarking.
