• Assists with production records including waste tracking and shortages; informs supervisor when supplies are low.
• Ensures proper presentation, food quality, portion control and serving temperatures.
• Maintains sanitation and orderliness of equipment, supplies and utensils.
• Handles food items safely following regulations.
• Cleans equipment and workstation thoroughly after shifts.
• Interacts with customers and resolves complaints in a friendly manner.
