Responsibilities

• Coordinates and processes new and extended cases in central authorization workflow.
• Verifies patient demographics and billing information; submits required authorizations.
• Updates authorization status, frequency, and dates in the workflow system.
• Responds to site inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintains knowledge of insurance plan requirements and represents data accurately.
