TVG-Medulla, LLC in Forest Springs, CA is hiring a Healthcare Assistant to support a fast-paced clinic team and champion patient care. You’ll greet patients, assist with check-in/out, and help coordinate care under guided onboarding and training. No prior healthcare experience required; we’ll teach you and invest in your growth.

You’ll work with a high-energy team dedicated to wellness, movement, and community health, with opportunities to advance into leadership and clinical roles over time.

• Coach and guide patients through exercises and care plans, helping them feel confident and empowered.
• Coordinate day-to-day operations: schedule appointments, update records, manage flow, and support clinic events.
• Collaborate with a high-energy team to create a positive, healing environment every day.
