Requirements include a B.S. in Business Administration, Management, or Accounting with 3+ years in healthcare finance; CPA or MBA is preferred.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Business Administration, Management, or Accounting is required.
• CPA or MBA is preferred, but not required.
• 3+ years of experience in a healthcare financial management role.

Responsibilities

• Monthly financial reviews and preparation of state reviews.
• Decipher annual financial and capital budgets.
• Participate in the governing body and partnerships of the hospitals.
• Approve expense purchases and review accounts receivable daily.
• Assist in monitoring labor productivity and complete weekly forecasts.
