Los Angeles Jewish Health in Los Angeles, CA is seeking an Accounts Receivable Manager to supervise the organization’s AR and business office systems, oversee follow-up and denial management, and partner with the AR Director to drive training, process improvement, and regulatory compliance.

You will lead the AR team, monitor performance with analytics, coach staff, and ensure accurate revenue cycle operations while delivering excellent service to residents and internal customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of healthcare revenue cycle supervisory or management experience.
• Proven ability to lead AR follow-up and denials management with measurable results.
• In-depth knowledge of SNF medical insurance billing and follow-up procedures (HMO, PPO, Medicare, Medi-Cal, Medi-Cal Managed Care, indemnity).
• Experience with SNF billing systems; Matrixcare is a plus.
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and manage the organization’s accounts receivable and business office systems.
• Oversee AR follow-up and Denial Management operations to meet financial, productivity, and quality goals.
• Collaborate with the AR Director to identify department training needs, including system education, industry updates, and process/protocol changes.
• Ensure staff productivity and quality standards by working closely with the team.
• Utilize reporting and analytics to track key performance metrics, identify trends, and pinpoint process improvement opportunities.
• Provide superior customer service to residents, internal and external customers.
• Develop and monitor policies and practices for compliance with regulations and standards.
• Set goals for the Fiscal AR team and track progress toward achievement.
