Job summary

CoxHealth is seeking a Healthcare Revenue Manager to oversee patient accounting receivables, insurance follow-up, remit posting and billing across the system. You will identify trends using AR days and aging, ensuring financial viability and collaborating with other departments to adapt to payer requirements.

Strong analytical, coding familiarity and communication skills are essential; leadership experience is preferred to guide a team and improve departmental processes.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of healthcare reimbursement, billing and/or accounts receivable experience.
• Preferred: 1–2 years of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee patient accounting receivables, insurance follow-up/remit posting and billing for the health system.
• Identify and analyze trends across AR days and aging to ensure financial viability.
• Collaborate with other departments to implement changes in response to payer requirements.
• Continuously monitor and improve departmental and system processes.
