The Healthcare Application Analyst is a full-time on-site role based in Bakersfield, CA. This role is responsible for configuring, maintaining, and optimizing clinical and administrative applications to support hospital operations and patient care. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing system requirements, managing upgrades and enhancements, troubleshooting application issues, and coordinating with IT and clinical teams to ensure application reliability and usability. The Healthcare Application Analyst collaborates with end users to gather requirements, develop workflows, create documentation, and provide training and technical support. The role also assists in data integrity checks, participates in testing and implementation of new systems, and helps ensure compliance with regulatory and security standards.
