Responsibilities

• Actively participate in HCSC's formal internship program supporting business objectives and member-focused solutions.
• Work with cross-functional teams in business and technical areas to contribute to projects.
• Conduct research, analyze data, and develop recommendations informing real business decisions.
• Collaborate with teams and support departmental initiatives to improve outcomes.
• Develop and deliver a final internship presentation to leadership covering results and recommendations.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and related policies.
