Job summary

As a Business Analyst Intern, you will learn organizational processes, apply IT and business knowledge, deliver project work, present findings, and maintain confidentiality in a HIPAA-conscious environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree; rising senior with a major in business, data analytics, information technology, information systems, or computer science.
• Graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028; minimum GPA 3.0/4.0.
• Available for the full duration of the 10-week program; U.S. work authorization; sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in HCSC’s formal internship program and contribute to project work.
• Analyze information and support development of solutions addressing organizational needs.
• Learn and apply processes, programs, and technologies with increasing independence.
• Own components of project work and deliverables with mentor guidance.
• Conduct research, analyze data, and develop recommendations for real business decisions.
• Deliver a final internship presentation to department leadership.
