Highmark Health is offering the Summer 2027 Evaluation Analytics Graduate Internship in Illinois. The role provides hands-on experience applying analytical, statistical, and research methodologies to evaluate healthcare programs, initiatives, and business outcomes.

As part of the Evaluation Analytics team, you will work with researchers and business leaders to analyze complex data, conduct studies, and translate findings into actionable insights that support decision‑making and health outcomes

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree is required.
Pursuit of a graduate degree (full or part-time) in an accredited college or university is expected.

Responsibilities

Communicate effectively with colleagues, clientele, and stakeholders in planning assignments and solving day-to-day issues.
Under supervision, provide professional services to day-to-day operating objectives with guidance from senior personnel.
Undertake and participate in projects and programs to develop professional skills relevant to the organization.
Participate in planning and implementing unit projects and initiatives within area of expertise.
Conduct research and reporting with recommendations or alternatives as requested by management.
Engage in related studies or enrichment programs for objectives of the operating unit.
Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
