The Healthcare Financial Data Analyst is responsible for preparing, validating, and submitting financial and operational data to state Medicaid agencies and regulatory bodies.
Extract and analyze data from multiple systems, perform reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and ensure compliance with reporting requirements and deadlines. Develop and maintain documentation of processes, interpret reporting instructions, and improve automation of reporting workflows. Support audits and regulatory reviews by providing accurate data and analytical insights. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data flows and develop repeatable processes for regulatory submissions.
Bachelor's degree in a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in financial or healthcare data analysis, regulatory reporting, or similar roles. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data reconciliation skills, proficiency in Excel, and the ability to interpret complex reporting requirements. Preferred experience includes working with healthcare claims, SQL, data warehouses, and automation of reporting processes. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail are essential.
The role is office-based in Minnetonka, MN, requiring onsite presence approximately 3 days per week. Compensation ranges from $90,500 to $122,835, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
