Job summary

The engagement starts immediately, runs for 4–6 weeks, and uses task-based payment with hourly pay after the first task is approved.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Medical and Health Services Manager or related role.
• Experience directing or coordinating medical and health services across healthcare settings.
• Ability to commit 20+ hours per week.
• Strong written English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated healthcare operations plans, staff assignments, compliance reviews, for quality and accuracy.
• Compare AI-generated responses on operational soundness, regulatory compliance, and clinical feasibility.
• Review budgeting, personnel administration, records management, and program planning with expert feedback.
