Job summary

Mercor is seeking an experienced Medical and Health Services Manager to evaluate and improve AI-generated healthcare operations content and workflows. You will leverage your real-world expertise in directing clinical services, personnel, budgets, and regulatory compliance across healthcare facilities.

This is a project-based engagement with immediate start and a duration of approximately 4–6 weeks. Initial payment is task-based, with potential to be paid hourly for the remainder of the project

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as Medical and Health Services Manager or closely related healthcare management role.
• Experience directing or coordinating medical and health services across hospitals, clinics, managed care organizations, public health agencies, or similar settings.
• Ability to commit 20+ hours per week.
• Strong written English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated healthcare operations plans, staff assignments, compliance reviews, and other management artifacts for quality and accuracy.
• Compare AI-generated responses head-to-head based on operational soundness, regulatory compliance, and clinical-service feasibility.
• Review healthcare management scenarios involving budgeting, personnel administration, records management, and program planning and provide expert feedback.
