Job summary

Rue Four, based in New York, is seeking a high-ownership operations leader to guide onboarding and deployment of our healthcare AI product with medical practices. You’ll bridge Sales, Product, and Engineering, ensuring fast value delivery and aligned stakeholders throughout the customer lifecycle.

This cross‑functional role requires 6+ years in management consulting, operations, or startup operations; superb communication; and comfort working in a fast-paced environment with autonomy.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in management consulting, operations as a founder, or in an operational/generalist role at a startup

Responsibilities

• Lead client facing engagements, joining customer calls to track progress, surface needs, and ensure a smooth rollout experience
• Evaluate customer requirements for new partner opportunities, determining Rue’s suitability through use‑case analysis, ROI assessments, and technical evaluations during customer discovery
• Own the onboarding and implementation process for healthcare clients from signed contract to successful deployment
• Partner with the Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to remove blockers, identify new workflow opportunities, and to deliver on customer priorities
• Monitor client adoption and feedback, identifying trends and improvement opportunities in both process and product
• Support documentation and continuous refinement of internal implementation workflows and client communications
• Maintain a high level of client satisfaction by ensuring expectations are clear, timelines are met, and communication is proactive
• Take ownership of projects and client issues with a bias toward solutions and action
