Job summary

Hugh Chatham Health, Inc. is seeking an Administrative & Operations Intern for a 2027 summer session in Rome, GA.

The on-site role will support multiple departments within Advocate Health through a rotation-based program, with emphasis on data collection, process improvement, and impactful project work. You will work up to 40 hours per week, with a May 31, 2027–August 6, 2027 schedule, earning $21.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Healthcare Leadership, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Management, Nonprofit Management, Data Analytics.
• Interns must be enrolled as juniors or seniors at an accredited college or university.
• GPA of at least 2.5 and strong written/verbal communication are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing a diverse portfolio of healthcare projects and contribute to initiatives and sponsor needs.
• Collaborate with work-unit teams and utilize internal/external resources to achieve goals.
• Develop healthcare management skills by working with physicians, administrators and allied staff.
