Quinnipiac University is hosting a Masonicare Administrative Support Intern in the Office of Community Engagement. This Federal Work Study position offers hands-on experience in a healthcare-adjacent administrative setting and exposure to campus-community partnerships.

You will assist with data entry, filing, scheduling, preparing materials, maintain department records, respond to routine inquiries, and support events.

Qualifications

• Interest in healthcare or business operations is helpful
• Strong oral and written communication
• Organized, dependable, detail-oriented and able to maintain confidentiality
• Proficient with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook

Responsibilities

• Assist with data entry, filing, scanning, copying and electronic records organization
• Prepare routine correspondence, spreadsheets, meeting materials and presentations
• Assist in coordinating calendars, meetings, room reservations and departmental activities
• Organize shared files and help maintain accurate department records and logs
• Respond professionally to basic questions and direct requests to the appropriate team member
• Support mailings, supply inventories and other general office needs
• Complete short-term administrative projects and other intern-level tasks
