Job summary

Manatee Memorial Hospital (MMH) in Bradenton, Florida, seeks an entry level Accounts Payable Clerk to process payments for goods and services in accordance with hospital policies. The right candidate will learn the systems and grow within the Manatee Healthcare System, while demonstrating service excellence at all times.

The role requires strong attention to detail, ability to handle a high invoice volume, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; prior AP experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or GED.
• One year of accounts payable experience, preferred.
• The ability to process 1000 invoices with 99% accuracy.
• PC Literate in Excel, Word and other Microsoft Office products.
• Proficient in operating a 10 key calculator.

Responsibilities

• Process payments for goods and services received by the hospital according to policies and procedures.
• Learn and grow within the Manatee Healthcare System in an entry level accounts payable clerk role.
• Demonstrate service excellence at all times.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
