Qualifications

• Education required: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in public accounting.
• Professional Certification: CPA, EA, or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff: assign work based on knowledge and capabilities; train staff and provide feedback.
• Lead client work: coordinate engagement phases, audit/review/returns/ compilations, and review financial statements and tax returns.
• Manage billing and confidentiality; ensure efficient performance and weekend workload during busy season (about 55 hours/week).
• Lead team projects and mentor interns and staff accountants; develop training and presentations.
