Job summary

You will manage engagements, supervise staff, and maintain strong client relationships while aligning with firm strategy and goals. A CPA or equivalent certification and several years of public accounting experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field required.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in public accounting.
• CPA, EA, or equivalent certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements from planning through delivery, coordinating all phases.
• Supervise preparation of work papers and review staff work; provide client communication.
• Mentor accounting staff, conduct performance evaluations, and drive staff development.
